Victor Gerega, President & CEO, leads Crystal Hospitality Group, backed by a team with combined decades of experience in hotel renovation, hotel conversion, and hospitality construction. From our Tampa, Florida headquarters, we direct the work of our in-house millwork and stone fabrication facility and field teams delivering projects across 25+ states.
Our work moves through six defined phases, from first walkthrough to final sign-off, and every phase is owned by people you can name, reach, and hold accountable. That’s how we deliver turnkey transformations for luxury and full-service properties: with a leadership team that stays on the work from contract to closeout.
Victor Gerega, President & CEO
Victor leads Crystal’s day-to-day operations, working directly with hotel owners, owner-representatives, and brand partners to scope and deliver renovation and conversion projects. He brings prior leadership experience from ADR Signature, where he served as Director of Operations, and holds a degree from Kennesaw State University. From our Tampa headquarters, Victor oversees project execution, the in-house millwork and stone fabrication facility, and field teams delivering work across 25+ states.
Ivo Pavlov, COO
Oversees operations, procurement, project management, and construction teams. Focused on operational efficiency, team leadership, vendor and sub coordination, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
