Crystal Hospitality Group operates an 18,000 sq ft in-house millwork and stone fabrication facility as part of our custom hotel renovation builds.

The facility runs as a full custom millwork company, fabricating cabinetry, reception desks, bar tops, vanities, architectural panels, and stone countertops for the luxury and full-service properties we renovate.

The Millwork Advantage, Fabricated In-House

Most renovation contractors subcontract their millwork. We own the shop floor. That is the difference between a finish that lands on schedule, on spec, and on budget and a finish that does not.

Quality Control

In-house quality, in-house accountability. Our shop foremen and field superintendents work for the same company. When a sample finish does not match the spec, we walk down the hall, not back through a vendor procurement chain. Finishes get inspected, adjusted, and approved before they ship to the site.

Schedule Compression

No spec drift. Outsourced millwork adds 8 to 14 weeks of vendor lead time to a hotel renovation schedule. In-house fabrication runs in parallel with site work — cabinetry, vanities, and bar tops are being built while the floor is being demolished. Finishes arrive ready for install on the day the trade is scheduled.

Cost Efficiency

No Markup, No Middleman. We eliminate the vendor markup, control material sourcing, and absorb scope changes without a change-order cycle. Owners get the spec they signed off on, at a cost-controlled budget, with no third party between the design and the install.
